There are no limits to where the voice of God speaks to us. If lo from the darken woods of Robert Frost we hear, the troubled horse and readied dear and lo our thoughts wander in familiar forest glen so as to incite scripture even with our own pen, there are no limits to God’s venues of sacred words and syllables.
From the mighty words of David, “Whose is this Uncircumcised Philistine? To Thomas Edison’s, “Success is 10% Inspiration and 90% perspiration,” Good scripture is where you find it or an epiphany that we can catch in our nets of faith if we only believed.
We are stifled in our faith only by the limits that we place on ourselves and our narrow minded beliefs in God because of our limited perceptions.
Scripture should compel us to greater works.
Those with eyes and hearts of faith care not for silver and gold of a great city, but that the aged, the injured, the orphan and widow are cared for.
They tend to the wounded bird and the dog that has no home. They feed the cat or animal that has nothing to eat and care for the planet that is their home. These are the saints of the world and sons and daughters of our Everlasting to Everlasting Holy Spirit. –
